Welcome to MeTexts (available at https://www.metexts.xyz). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our social feed, ephemeral stories, direct messaging, and interactive features.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing content, posting updates, or sending messages on MeTexts, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility & Minor Safety Policy (Strictly 13+)

Users must be at least 13 years of age. Children under 13 are strictly prohibited from creating accounts. Parents or legal guardians may request prompt deletion of an underage child's account via our Account Deletion Portal or by emailing sagarparajuli106@gmail.com.

3. User Content & Licensing

You retain full ownership of your original text, photos, and messages. By publishing public posts or stories on MeTexts, you grant MeTexts a license to host, display, and distribute your content to other users.

4. Community Guidelines & Prohibited Conduct

We strictly prohibit harassment, hate speech, spam, impersonation, sharing non-consensual content, child exploitation, and automated data scraping.

5. Direct Messages & Ephemeral Stories

Private messages are private between sender and recipient. 24-hour stories automatically expire. Users are responsible for respectful private conduct.

6. Account Deletion & Data Rights

You may delete your account at any time in-app or submit an external data erasure request via our dedicated Account Deletion Page in compliance with Google Play Store & GDPR regulations.
