3. Age Restriction & Child Safety Policy (13+ Only)

MeTexts is strictly prohibited for children under the age of 13 (or under 16 where required by GDPR-K). If we discover an account belongs to a user under the minimum age, we will immediately delete the account and purge all associated communications. Parents and legal guardians may request immediate removal via our Account Deletion Page or email sagarparajuli106@gmail.com.
