Irreversible Data Deletion
Deleting your account is permanent. All your profile information, feeds, shared photos, voice notes, direct messages, 24-hour stories, and registered devices will be permanently removed from our production systems.
What Happens to Your Data:
Your handle, display name, bio, profile photo, and password/PIN tokens are permanently expunged.
All updates, photo posts, comments, reactions, and 24-hour stories are completely deleted.
Chat dialogues, shared files, and private voice recordings are dissociated and deleted.
All active Device Track tokens, browser logins, and push notifications are instantly revoked.
Option 1: In-App Self-Service Deletion
If you have access to your account:
- Log in to MeTexts on your device or browser at https://www.metexts.xyz/login
- Go to Settings (or Menu) > DANGER ZONE
- Click DELETE next to Delete Account
- Confirm the permanent removal prompts to wipe your account instantly.
Option 2: Web Deletion Request Form (External / App Store Users)
If you uninstalled the app or lost credentials, submit an account removal request below or email us directly:
Underage Users (Under 13) & Parental Removal Rights
MeTexts strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 13 years old. Parents and legal guardians may request immediate expedited data purge of any account belonging to a minor by emailing our lead administrator directly at sagarparajuli106@gmail.com with the subject line "Underage Account Removal Request".
